AUSTRALIA

• $15 standard shipping within Australia 
  
• Please allow 3-8 business days for standard delivery.
  
• All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
  
• No PO Boxes.
  
• Signature required on delivery.  
• Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact: hello@islawoods.co
• These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly in the lead up to the festive season. 
  

JUST TO NOTE

• We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.
  
• We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
  
• Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make last minute changes.
  
• We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
  
• We strictly do not re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
